Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Interchained Node Operators Protocol ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform operators. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited
• You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• You will enable and maintain two-factor authentication (2FA) where required
• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account

4. Node Operations & Monitoring

By registering a node on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining your node's uptime, performance, and compliance with network protocols
• Node performance is monitored via P2P health checks conducted approximately every 30 seconds
• Rewards are distributed based on weighted performance metrics and uptime ratios
• Flagged, offline, or non-compliant nodes may be excluded from reward distribution
• The Platform reserves the right to remove nodes that violate network rules or these Terms
• Node operators are responsible for all costs associated with running and maintaining their infrastructure

5. Reward Pool & Payouts

The Platform operates a shared reward pool with the following terms:

• Rewards are calculated based on node performance points accumulated over each 24-hour cycle
• Distribution is proportional to your share of total network points
• Referrers earn a 10% bonus on their referrals' newly earned points
• Payouts are processed via PSBT (Partially Signed Bitcoin Transactions) requiring administrator approval
• Payout frequency, minimums, and processing times are at the Platform's discretion
• Unclaimed rewards or rewards from flagged accounts may be returned to the pool

Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on pool balance, network performance, and administrative decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future rewards.

6. Subscription Tiers & Payments

Premium subscriptions (BASIC, VIP, ELITE) are available via cryptocurrency payments processed through NowPayments:

• Subscriptions provide performance point multipliers, daily airdrops, and priority support
• Payments are non-refundable once processed on the blockchain
• Subscription benefits activate upon payment confirmation (typically 1-6 confirmations)
• Benefits expire at the end of the subscription period unless renewed
• The Platform reserves the right to modify subscription pricing and benefits with notice
• Payment issues, blockchain delays, or incorrect wallet addresses are your responsibility

7. Referral Program

The Platform operates an invitation-based referral system:

• Referrers receive a unique invite code to share with new users
• Referrers earn 10% of new points earned by their referrals each cycle
• Referral bonuses do not reduce the referred user's rewards
• Public subscribers without an invite code are assigned to the platform administrator
• Abuse of the referral system (fake accounts, manipulation) will result in account termination
• Referral bonuses are subject to the same payout terms as standard rewards

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Manipulate node metrics, spoof P2P responses, or falsify performance data
• Create multiple accounts to exploit rewards or referral bonuses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, nodes, or system infrastructure
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse platform features
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent transactions
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with platform operations, security measures, or network stability

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee uptime, reward availability, or uninterrupted service
• Blockchain networks, node operations, and cryptocurrency markets involve significant risk
• You may lose funds due to market volatility, network issues, or operational failures
• We are not liable for lost rewards, missed payouts, or third-party service failures
• You use the Platform at your own risk and accept all associated risks

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or platform policies
• Fraudulent activity, abuse, or manipulation
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Extended inactivity or abandoned accounts
• Any reason at our sole discretion

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operators are located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
